is a final hearing for a divorce absolutely final? if a mediation agreement has been signed?

January 9, 2011 By guest1

our agreement has been signed since august and now it is the final hearing. her lawyer is withdrawing and she hasn’t complied with anything. can the judge agree that the divorce is final or will he keep it open?

If she has failed to comply, most likely the judge will rule, and grant the divorce to you!
